Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at BaekJeong Korean BBQ House. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Monitor food quality and service standards, taking corrective action when necessary to maintain high-quality products.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
