Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate flights and hotel bookings
Manage couriers and mail
Organize lunches and in-house socials
Book meetings and new staff onboarding sessions
Update onboarding materials
Place orders with vendors
Maintain a tidy office and meeting rooms

Requirements:
Receptionist duties
Review timesheets
Coordinate meetings
