This is an exciting opportunity to join our Archives team at our Laval location, where you will be responsible for ensuring proper organization, indexing, labeling, and storing of study-related and non-study-related material.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and storing materials as indicated by study plans and procedures;
  • Maintaining up-to-date electronic inventory records;
  • Ensuring proper indexing, location tracking, and movement of materials during reception, retrieval, shipment, and disposal processes;
  • Preparing client records and ensuring accuracy of information related to shipment or disposal of materials.

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • AEC or DEC in Archiving, Administration, or equivalent;
  • Ability to work physically (lift up to 15 kg);
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
  • Strong adaptability and positive attitude;
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of $18.75 per hour, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within the company. As a permanent, full-time employee, you can expect to work Monday to Friday between 8am and 4:15pm, with occasional overtime required.
