Medical Territory Business Development Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Territory Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the insomnia market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive territory business plan that aligns with company goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists
- Provide education and training on product features and benefits to HCPs
- Coordinate promotional activities and events to support product launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Science or Business
- Minimum 2+ years of life science sales experience, with a focus on psych/CNS/sleep disorders
- Strong track record of sales success and ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Competitive Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 per year.
