Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, presentation, and flavor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
