Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2635817 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people.
  • Ensure a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
