Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Shehnai Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory
  • Train and mentor junior staff members
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
