Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Mtvernon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support the company's business objectives and goals.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment and selection process for all Mtvernon positions, ensuring that the best candidates are hired for each role.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Design and administer benefits and compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management and Development: Develop and implement performance management systems that support employee growth and development.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all human resources practices and policies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of human resources laws and regulations, including employment law, labor law, and benefits administration.
