This full-time position is based out of our Kamloops location, but may require travel throughout British Columbia, including to Prince George. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits such as a valid driver's license and clean driving abstract, flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operations support to the General Manager, including attending project start-up meetings and providing assistance with bid preparation, project financials, invoicing, estimates, construction schedules, project executions, and close outs.
- Ensure effective communication with customers and stakeholders, with strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals, with a focus on results-oriented work and ability to interpret and effectively manage competing priorities and timelines.
