The successful candidate will have experience working in a project management support role, with previous experience participating in the bid process and using bid software being an asset. Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and Excel, as well as scheduling and project management software, is also required. Previous customer relations experience and industry knowledge such as understanding single lines and terminology are also considered assets.

This full-time position is based out of our Kamloops location, but may require travel throughout British Columbia, including to Prince George. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits such as a valid driver's license and clean driving abstract, flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operations support to the General Manager, including attending project start-up meetings and providing assistance with bid preparation, project financials, invoicing, estimates, construction schedules, project executions, and close outs.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers and stakeholders, with strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals, with a focus on results-oriented work and ability to interpret and effectively manage competing priorities and timelines.
