As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to ensure projects meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and experience working with all levels of management. The ability to analyze project progress and adapt scope or timeline as needed is also essential.

The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers in completing projects on schedule and within budget
  • Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements and objectives
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope and timeline
  • Analyze project progress and adapt scope or timeline as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project management (1+ years)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience in a related field
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
