Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Landscaping and Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping crew, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our landscaping crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure that it meets our quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used and labor hours.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for our crew members.
  • Collaborate with our design team to ensure that all landscaping projects meet our high standards of quality and aesthetics.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our crew members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete their tasks effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
