Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Landscaping and Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and schedule work to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials required for projects
  • Supervise staff and ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment to complete tasks
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease
  • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products
  • Assess the health of lawns and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
