Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Meridian Landscaping and Maintenance Ltd is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outdoor worksites, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our landscape maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
