Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Landscaping and Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping crew, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our landscaping crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure that it meets our quality standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with our design team to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
  • Manage and maintain our equipment and vehicles, ensuring that they are in good working condition.
  • Recruit, train, and develop our landscaping crew members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our efficiency and productivity, reducing costs and increasing client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
