About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire 667. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
