About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1019826 Alberta LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
    • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations.
    • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
  • Store Operations
    • Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
    • Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business demands.
    • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer complaints.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
