Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Tipton's Your Independent Grocer is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and team management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30-35 hours per week.
