Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Tipton's Your Independent Grocer. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience or equivalent.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
