**Job Summary**

Reliance Impact is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Acquisition Manager to join its dynamic team in the high-rise residential sector. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the acquisition and development process for high-rise residential projects, from initial feasibility through to completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough financial analyses and due diligence on potential acquisitions, including market research, zoning assessments, and cost evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including architects, planners, and municipal authorities, to manage approvals and permitting processes.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and cash flows, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial objectives.
  • Negotiate and secure agreements with partners, landowners, and vendors to optimize project success.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong background in property acquisition, including financial modeling and site selection.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects through various development phases.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams, external partners, and municipal stakeholders effectively.
  • Background in land development, acquisitions, or real estate finance, ideally within the residential sector.
  • Post-secondary degree in urban planning, real estate, business, or a related field.
