Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that customers receive high-quality food and service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
