Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
