About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Osmow's Shawarma. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and maintain a team of 5-10 people.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Skills: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, initiative, and attention to detail
Work Environment

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will work under pressure to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
