Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable building designs that incorporate green technologies and minimize environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet sustainability goals and client requirements.
  • Conduct site analyses and assessments to identify opportunities for sustainable design and implementation.
  • Analyze and evaluate the environmental impact of building designs and develop strategies to mitigate negative effects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote sustainable building practices and share knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sustainable building design and development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software; Strong understanding of green building principles and practices; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
