Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction.
  • Generate building plans and detailed drawings to be used by contractors and tradespersons.
  • Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, focusing on design, construction time, price, or other key aspects.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum degree in Architecture technology or Architecture.
  • An understanding of carbon footprint concepts.
  • Proficiency in architectural software programs, including AutoCAD and computer-aided design (CAD).
  • A grasp of renewable energy sources, such as heat pumps, steam turbines, biomass, solar, PV, CHP, boilers, and HVAC.
  • Experience within the energy, building services, utilities, or similar sectors.
  • An understanding of carbon footprint calculation and greenhouse emission calculations.
