We're seeking an exceptional Sustainable Architecture Innovator to join our team and contribute to our goal of reducing carbon emissions in the built environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and experience working with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. They should be passionate about climate change mitigation and eager to learn about emerging technologies and strategies for reducing embodied carbon in buildings.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with forward-thinking professionals, and develop expertise in green building rating systems, life cycle assessment, and energy-efficient design.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 CAD per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to design and deliver sustainable buildings that meet our high standards.
  • Developing and implementing BIM models to optimize building performance and reduce energy consumption.
  • Conducting life cycle assessments to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to reduce embodied carbon.
  • Maintaining knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainable architecture.
  • Communicating complex ideas and data insights effectively to stakeholders.
About You:
  • You hold a degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • You have experience working with BIM software, including Autodesk Revit and/or Graphisoft ArchiCAD.
  • You possess excellent communication and project management skills.
  • You are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and making a positive impact on the built environment.
