We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ED Tech Network Solutions Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals and documentation to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a problems and solutions log.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
