We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Alliance Motor Cars Ltd. as a temporary office assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, and sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including typing and proofreading correspondence
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Send and receive messages
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Provide customer service
  • File material in storage area
  • Label files according to retention and disposal schedules
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
