Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Allmost E-commerce Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
