About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at St-Hubert Rigaud. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a positive dining experience for our customers, addressing concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Development: Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, manage inventory, and maintain accurate financial records.
