Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and waste is minimized.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, including budget and cost estimates, to support business decision-making.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
