Food Service Manager

At Mr. Bowl & Sushi, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Food Preparation: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
Personal Suitability:- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent customer service and food quality.
