Food Service Manager

MAD GREEK LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
