Food Service Manager

At YNT Hakka, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing management with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs covered by employer. Restaurant setting.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check and basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, standing for extended periods, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, reliability.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a permanent position available.
