Business Improvement Analyst Co-op Job Description

Teck Resources Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Improvement Analyst Co-op to join our team. As a Business Improvement Analyst Co-op, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
  • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain business analytics solutions and reporting tools
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and PowerBI
  • Experience with data analysis and business process improvement a plus
