Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Royal Bee White Oaks.

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements.
  • Review establishment requirements to determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale while maintaining adequate stock levels.
  • Visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Manage database software, spreadsheet, and other computer systems to track inventory and sales data.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
