We are seeking a skilled Parts Procurement Specialist to join our London, ON Construction & Forestry Branch for the afternoon shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.
Main Responsibilities- Solving problems related to parts procurement and inventory management
- Receiving, storing, and shipping parts and other materials efficiently
- Providing assistance to service technicians as needed
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and reports
- Utilizing computer systems and equipment for parts ordering and inventory control
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
- Previous experience in the parts industry or similar field
- Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
