About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing collaborative care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Provide education and support to clients on topics such as safe body mechanics, cognitive behavioral strategies, and functional tolerance activities.
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students and participate in case conferences and case management.
Requirements
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
