- Develop and implement individualized education programs to promote patient empowerment and independence.
- Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Supervise and mentor occupational therapy students to support their professional development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
- Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
- Previous experience in treating patients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in occupational therapy.
