Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Supervision: You will be supervising 1-2 staff members.
