Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at GR Roadline. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage budgets, expenditures, and accounts
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration
  • Perform data entry, manage digital databases, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and flexibility
