We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Residence, a premier facility providing world-class treatment for mental health, addiction, and concurrent conditions. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals who are striving to achieve recovery and sustain it.
Job Summary
This full-time position involves conducting assessments, planning patient care, and collaborating with teams to deliver seamless services. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating groups, managing caseloads, and maintaining accurate documentation. In addition, you will contribute to program development and evaluation, and may have opportunities for supervision of student placements.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program and be a member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. You should also have experience working with individuals with PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and various comorbidities. Facilitating therapeutic groups (DBT or CBT preferred) and demonstrated leadership skills in interdisciplinary teams are also essential requirements.

Compensation
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to ongoing education and training opportunities.
