**Job Summary**
Arvan Rehab Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a long term care home in Georgetown, Ontario.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct OT/ADP assessments for residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete feeding assessments for residents and work with the Physiotherapist and Nursing staff on wound management
- Work with the multi-disciplinary team to make recommendations on interventions and treatments
- Ensure interventions follow best practices and document progress notes in the facility's health record system
**Requirements**
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- ADP Authorizer
- Professional License Insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a long term care home is an asset
- Current police check for the Vulnerable Sector
