Job Title: Property Management Officer - Royal Stouffville Golf Course

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Officer to join our team at Royal Stouffville Golf Course. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property, including hiring and supervising staff, ensuring lease agreements are met, and coordinating repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure the smooth operation of our property.
  • Ensure that all lease agreements are met, and that our tenants are satisfied with their living arrangements.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to ensure our property remains in excellent condition.
  • Monitor the progress and cost of work for our property owners, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, providing regular reports to our management team.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, tenants, and property owners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
