**Role Summary**

As a Property Management Officer at Royal Stouffville Golf Course, you will oversee the management of our rental properties, ensuring seamless operations and excellent client experiences. Your primary responsibilities include hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents, ensuring lease agreements are met, and coordinating property services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure efficient property management.
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met, maintaining a positive relationship with clients and tenants.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, monitoring progress and costs.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records on operating expenses and income, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare and present expense and income reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Respond promptly to client and tenant inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
