Job Title: Property Management Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Officer to join our team at Royal Stouffville Golf Course.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure seamless property management.
  • Ensure lease agreements are met, and contracts for property services are prepared and administered efficiently.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, monitoring progress and costs for property owners.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports as needed.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Dependability, client focus, and efficient interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
