Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Officer to join our team at Royal Stouffville Golf Course. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our property, including hiring and supervising staff, ensuring lease agreements are met, and coordinating repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Supervise Staff

The Property Management Officer will be responsible for hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents, as well as support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.

Ensure Lease Agreements are Met

The successful candidate will ensure that all lease agreements are met, including preparing and administering contracts for property services such as maintenance.

Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance

The Property Management Officer will coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation, monitoring progress and cost of work for property owners.

Compile and Maintain Records

The successful candidate will compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports as needed.

Ensure Response to Trouble Calls

The Property Management Officer will ensure a prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years

Personal Suitability

The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have efficient interpersonal skills.
