About the Role:

NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management Lead to join our People & Organization Consulting Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
  • Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.
  • Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
  • Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience.
  • 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach.
  • Responsible for managing $1M+ in revenue.
  • 2+ years of experience coaching and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 10 members.
  • Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent OCM certification.

Preferred Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in organization development/design, organizational effectiveness, culture and workforce transformation, learning and training design, development, and delivery.
  • Impressive communication skills, including the ability to craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
  • Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
