About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management Lead to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our People & Organizational Consulting Practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex change initiatives and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
  • Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.
  • Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
  • Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
Internal Practice Contributions
  • Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at junior to mid-career levels to high-performance / high results.
  • Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.
  • Engage in the hiring process, including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.
  • Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience.
  • 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach.
  • Responsible for managing $1M+ in revenue.
  • 2 years or more experience coaching and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 10 members.
  • Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
Preferred Skills
  • 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
  • Impressive communication skills. Ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
  • Team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible 'can-do' attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
  • Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.
