**Key Role:**

We're seeking a seasoned Change Lead Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our People & Organizational Consulting Practice, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality work that drives business growth and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. You'll drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization and value creation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and lead customized change management approaches to meet client needs.
  2. Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness.
  3. Catch, manage, and mentor consulting resources to high-performance levels.
  4. Build internal networks and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in change management, with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction.
  3. Strong project management skills, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.
  4. Ability to coach and manage a matrixed and cross-functional team.
