Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care team supervisors, scheduling coordinators, and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, VHA policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community health, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
